Required:
BS degree in Computer Science or related fields required
3-5 years hands on SAP Netweaver technologies experience. SAP certifications a plus.
Experience in SAP PI, Interactive forms, Java and ABAP are a plus.
Provide process and solution leadership and mentoring to global SCM business analysts (B.A.) and programmers. Manage relationship and alignment with global SCM business clients. Ensure integrity of SCM systems environment and lead development of strategic SCM vision.
Major/Key Accountabilities
- Ensure own and team’s currency with emerging business, industry and technology trends and incorporate into planning and delivery processes
- Lead global process and system standardization and harmonization where feasible
- Lead and contribute to demand cultivation and opportunity management
- Comply with systems development lifecycle, quality standards and documentation standards
- Lead SCM business process improvement activities and drive for improvements in SCM team’s processes and management systems
- Lead and ensure compliance with systems development
- Ensure efficient and effective use of the version management with the CVS tool.
- Assess and implements controls to prevent and mitigate risks
- Adhere to, propose and implement SLA’s and process improvement efforts as required
- Manage team’s work queues in Remedy
- Provide evaluations of new applications and software tools.
- Drive elimination of variability in production outcomes which are dependent on Information Systems, using Six Sigma approach.
- Monitor and action all system alerts with appropriate urgency and notify relevant parties.
- Support the applications during testing of technical changes such as patches and upgrades.
- Provide after hours support for global critical concerns.
Qualifications
- APICS certification or desire to achieve APICS certification
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related program
- Minimum of seven years supply chain business and/or supply chain IS experience
- Minimum of five years JDA IS experience
- Minimum two years SAP exposure
- Exposure to SAP APO desired
Assembles project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, develops and tracks project schedule and budget, and is responsible for determining and acquiring resources needed.

# Lead multiple medium projects simultaneously or one large project based on complexity factors such as number of regions, organization, vendors, applications/interfaces involved or project duration.
# Leads project team including technical and non-technical staff in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation efforts for projects to ensure project deliverables meet stated expectations for scope, quality, cost, timing, and business objectives.
# Ensures appropriate use of IT project management tools, governance, processes, and methodologies, including ASAP methodology.
# Responsible for project scope definition and signoff. Participate in decisions that impact or change project scope.
# Accountable for identifying & tracking risks, assessing impact, and executing mitigation plans.
# Prepare periodic reports on project health including project status, risks & mitigation plans, and issues & resolution plans.
Job Specifications
# Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related curriculum required.
# 3+ years of large SAP implementation project management experience required.
# Expert knowledge of project management, PMI certification desired
