This individual will take direction from the Category Head, and implement the strategies set forth by Technology Sourcing leadership team for the Software and Professional Services categories. This individual will assist business leaders in managing their respective P&L’s with regards to technology spending, planning, and development of supplier relationships critical to their respective lines of business.

• Lead a regional organization of five to six Sourcing Managers, managing the sourcing of multiple commodities, often of a global scale
• Lead major negotiations and large sourcing engagements within region
• Develop, manage, and measure key supplier relationships in multiple markets with addressable spend figures over $400M
• Achieve targeted results against Tech Sourcing objectives which include a cost savings goal of $50M annualized
• Maintain and present market analysis to the Category Head and business leaders, regarding product and service development opportunities
• Ensure effective transition from current practices to any new models including migration to new sourcing systems and purchasing processes
• Develop and maintain career development plans for Sourcing Managers
• Ensure Sourcing Managers are appropriately trained, and are employing sourcing tactics used for new technology trends in the industry
• Develop training program for all levels of Sourcing Managers
• Position requires 25% domestic and international travel

Requirements
• 10+ years of sourcing and procurement experience
• 3 - 5 years of people management experience
• Experience leading major negotiations with software and services suppliers
• Experience leading large scale or enterprise sourcing activities
• Experience in evaluating off shoring, smart sourcing, and 3rd party development engagements
• Experience implementing a commodity strategy in the technical supply chain arena
• Experience managing addressable spend figures exceeding $200M
• Experience in managing in a global, matrixed environment
• Bachelors Degree; JD preferred
• Membership with ISM, CIPS or equivalent preferred
• Participation on Supply Chain Management board, roundtables, or equivalent is preferred

Lead growth of Process (as opposed to application or infrastructure) PMO in the wake of M&A which would lead to centralizing processes, efficiency through outsourcing and offshoring processes, and process improvement through Six Sigma expertise. The Sr. Director has 3 Directors reporting to it, each with 4 major programs of global scope and with 5 PM’s reporting to each of them.

Key Accountabilities:
Manage all aspects of business process migration to facilitate the successful transition and integration of resources and processes to appropriate locations. Responsible for ensuring successful post-integration ownership.
Conduct inventory of current business processes and recommend business systems/process solutions and process migrations to senior management.
Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports. Identity project risks/gaps and create risk mitigation plans.
Assemble cross-functional and international integration teams and assign individual responsibilities. Provide project leadership, work direction, and feedback.
Develop standard reporting and oversee and monitor integration progress
Deliver formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management to provide recommendations and status updates on strategic and operational offshore initiatives.
Frequent travel required (approximately 35%)
PMO team budget and achieving defined integration project metrics.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree required in Business, Technology, Operations Management. Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
PMP certification preferred.
Previous experience in off-shoring initiatives and building relationships internationally preferred.
12 years of experience with 8+ years of project management experience working in a large organization with cross-functional teams
Thorough knowledge of operations processes and interdependencies required.

The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for leading a team of B/A’s in defining business requirements to successful completion, including the discovery, analysis and documentation of business requirements. These projects are global, large, high visibility, and cross-functional in nature.

Key Accountabilities
Responsible for performance management for a team.
Engage in project initiation phase to assess resource skill sets required; produce requirement delivery plan artifacts, and co-ordinate estimates of effort required for a project.
Collect and understand the business requirements for the project and translate these into functional requirements. Define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other nonfunctional requirements. Document workflows.
Provide expertise on the tools for delivery methodology to enable requirements modeling, review process, documentation and specification management.
Manage requirements traceability and change request process.
Assist team in translating business requirements into application architecture and system functionality.
Maintain requirements repository.
Support requirements through testing.
Support knowledge transfer to training organization.
Frequent travel required (approximately 35%)

Requirements:
4-year college degree.
7+ years experience of structured requirements management utilizing industry standard techniques (process modeling, data modeling, use cases, JAD, case tools, etc.)
Ability to set direction, generate a sense of purpose, and inspire a team.
Experience with eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and viewpoints.

Manage the Design/Configuration/Integration IT of B2C platforms for digital channels and assets to reach consumers globally. Projects may involve architecting a platform for loyalty programs, working with managed service providers to enable a listening platform for customer feedback, or re-orienting marketing to a benefit-theme and product portfolio perspective from a brand management perspective.

• Development and maintenance of the architecture and design principles for applications, build, and integration. Define interactions between systems.
• Establish current state system architecture, future state models, and transition steps. Identify potential application reuse opportunities.
• Work with vendors and agencies to develop scalable architectures for the global digital platform which enables plug and play capability of different digital channels as well as delivering a architecture that is robust in the data integration between the digital platform and all its channel as well as back end to the CRM and Sales application and data intelligence.
• Abstract and describe logical enterprise systems architecture to a variety of audiences.

Preferred Education & Experience:
• BS or BA degree in computer science, business administration, or related analytical field is required.
• Experience at an eCommerce agency such as Sapient, Razorfish, or MRM
• 3+ years experience with managing SOA through Java, C#, and Ruby
• Experience with eCommerce and Web Portal software such as ATG, Unica, Interwoven, Omniture Analytics preferred
• Cloud Computing (Rackspace, Akamai)-Mobile Integration-Web 2.0 Integration-Video Streaming-SEM/SEO
• Agile Project Management tools such as JIRA, Confluence Wiki and ScrumWorks
• Consumer Data Integration & Intelligence Architecture experience.
