Position Salary Range Requirements
Associate $50k - $65k 1-3 yrs Public Tax, BS Accounting, work toward CPA
Sr. Associate $60k - $80k 3-5 yrs Public Tax, work toward CPA, MS Tax, BS Accounting
Manager $80k - $110k 5-10 yrs Public Tax, CPA/JD, MS Tax, 2 yrs as supervisor
Director $90k - $110k 8-12 yrs Public Tax, CPA, BS Accounting, MS Tax, 2 yrs managing large & complex engagements
Positions require experience with:
*preparing complex tax returns/issues for high net-worth individuals, corporations, partnerships and trusts
*strategic tax planning and compliance
*deal structure consultations
*business advisory services including accounting and financial matter representation
*researching tax laws and developing tax savings strategies
Real Estate Vertical also requires knowledge of the real estate ownership “life cycle” from acquisition due diligence to disposition and related federal and multi-state income tax and estate planning implications for its owners.
